After a course of training sessions with Malcolm, I feel significantly more prepared to tackle the challenges that come with helping a team to achieve their targets and goals. He has given me the tools needed to motivate the team regardless of the variety of personalities that exist within the salon, and how to handle the various road bumps that can occur along the way.
